Since joining Piranha in 1990 as a Manufacturer Sales Representative, Rob has since held the positions of CEO and President, General Manager, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and Sales Manager.  In 2000, Mr. Green became President of Reno Technology, Inc. (d/b/a Marlen Research Corporation).  In 2007, Rob assumed the role of Managing Director of Catalyst Operating Group upon its inception.

A Hutchinson, Kansas native, Rob holds a B.S. in Construction Science from Kansas State University and an MBA from The University of Kansas.  He has been very involved in the Hutchinson community, serving on the Board of Directors of Piranha, the Hutchinson Chamber of Commerce, Hutchinson Hospital, the Hospital Foundation and his church.  Rob also served for 16 years as a member of the Board of Directors of First National Bank of Hutchinson and its Loan Committee.

In his free time, Rob enjoys the outdoors primarily though his love of hunting, fly fishing, snow skiing, surfing, golfing and gardening.
