Our current portfolio consists of three businesses combined into one platform company which manufactures metal fabrication machinery. We have previously owned businesses that manufacture industrial and commercial food processing machinery, agriculture equipment, truck-mounted cranes and light poles.

Since 1965, Reno Technology has provided innovative process solutions for the food processing industry, most notably exact weight portioners, product racks, dumpers, vats, continuous mold systems, thermal processing equipment, and custom designed tanks and hoppers. Marlen Research


Founded in 1953, Marlen has long set the standard for quality and performance in vacuum pumping, stuffing and extrusion of food products without damage. Sold to Pfingsten Partners in 2009. www.marlen.com

 

Carruthers


In 1950, Carruthers introduced the very first automated tuna filling machine, and today is an innovative leader in size reduction, filling and slicing equipment for the food processing industry. Sold to Pfingsten Partners in 2009.

For over 50 years, Shield has been designing, manufacturing and distributing agricultural tillage tools and hardware, including V blades, chisel spikes and disc blades. Sold controlling interest to remaining shareholder in 2002.

Since 1969, Whitco has been providing structural steel and aluminum lighting poles across the globe. Sold minority interest to remaining shareholder in 2002.

E-Flow Ovens


Designer and manufacturer of high capacity commercial pizza ovens which are compact, stackable and equipped with dual conveyor belts in each baking chamber to increase throughput. Sold to Lincoln Foodservice in 2000.
